Getting Around

Lincolnshire, located 34 miles north of Chicago, is easily navigated and accessed via Interstate, local roads or public transportation.

Major Highways and Tollroads
Lincolnshire is strategically located within the Chicago metropolitan area, and is highly accessible via the regional highway system. The Village is bordered on the east by I-94 (Tri-State Tollway), which has a full interchange at Route 22. Milwaukee Avenue and several other regional arterials pass through or near the community.

Airports
Three different airports make travel to and from the area easy. Flights arrive and depart daily from O’Hare International Airport, Midway International Airport and Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport.

Train
Metra operates several train stations in the area near Lincolnshire – Deerfield, Buffalo Grove, Prairie View, Lake Forest, Wheeling, and Vernon Hills. All have daily service to Chicago and stops along the way, making commuting to and from the city for business or pleasure easy for Lincolnshire residents and members of the business community.
