Stephen Territo is Head of Patron Services at the Vernon Area Public Library District where he has worked for seven years. Stephen has a Master of Science Degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University and has been on the Greater Lincolnshire Chamber Board member since 2008. Stephen has been active in the community through his efforts to coordinate the library’s involvement in community events, serving on the LCA Fourth of July Committee, co-chairing the Taste of Lincolnshire Committee, and serving on the College of Lake County Southlake Advisory Committee. Stephen and his wife Dawn have a three year-old daughter named Sam.

Kirsten is President of Mormino Landscape Services, Inc. based in Lincolnshire, IL. The firm has more than 21 years of experience in landscape design and maintenance. Kirsten has filled many roles in the landscaping organization as owner,corporate secretary, manager of business development, and since 2000, as the president of the company. Before Mormino Landscape Services, Kirsten leveraged her Columbia College Liberal Studies BA degree as an award-winning producer and research director in the television industry. Kirsten is an active supporter of local businesses and has been on the Board of Directors since 2008.

John Lamb is president of Lamb’s Automotive Inc. After an early career in engineering, he moved into automotive repair, holding positions of technician, service writer, service manager, and service director for a number of dealers. In 1978, he started his own business, and has developed a reputation for honesty, quality workmanship, and diagnostic skills. He also performs Forensic Mechanical Investigation (automotive CSI) and presents Expert Witness testimony in court. His hobbies include golf, Harleys, photography, golf, computers, and golf.

Gaylord Fill operates a CPA practice in Lincolnshire, is a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Adviser Representative with Financial Network Investment Corporation. Gaylord has earned the PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) credential from the American Institute of CPAs. Only CPAs may earn the PFS credential. Gaylord’s goal is to provide families and business owners with assistance in achieving their financial freedom and to become a lifetime resource for each of his clients.Gaylord lives in Lincolnshire with his wife Susan, has three grown daughters, and is a former Trustee and Treasurer of the Village of Lincolnshire.

Nicole works as a partner for Retirement Planning Group in Riverwoods. She focuses on RPG’s five core services: Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Insurance and Investments. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University.

Randi Closson liked her first cruise so much she decided to make a career of it. It has now been over eighteen years since she first opened her own travel agency, Lincolnshire Cruises and Tours. In April of 2009, Randi merged her agency with one of the top ten travel agencies in the country, Frosch Travel and is located in Deerfield. In addition, Randi has earned her Certified Travel Associate and Master Cruise Counselor designations.

Art Franke grew up in nearby Riverwoods and attended Loyola Academy. He graduated in 1983 from Marquette University with degrees in Philosophy and Theology. After college, Art worked for many years in the retail industry. He managed the Men’s Division for Saks Fifth Avenue and also worked in their Human Resources
Training and Development departments. Art was recruited into the field of banking in 1996 and has been with Bank Financial for five years. He is currently a Regional Vice President for Bank Financial managing the Lincolnshire branch and two branches in Libertyville .

Linda Kim graduated from North Park University with a degree in business management. She worked in finance for three years before joining the banking industry, seventeen years ago. During that time she has held various positions and joined Foster Bank in 2007. Linda has been the Branch Manager at Foster Bank since it’s opening three years ago. Foster Bank has been in business for 20 years and currently has seven locations.

Barry is currently the Director of Facilities at Adlai E. Stevenson High School, employed by the Sodexo Corporation. He is on the Green Committee at Stevenson High School and is a member of the Chicago Chapter of the United States Green Building Council. Before starting at Stevenson High School in April 2009, Barry served in the same capacity at Eureka College in Eureka, IL. He received his Bachelors degree in finance from Aurora University.Raised in Central Illinois, Barry now lives in Lake Zurich with his wife Kerry and their 9 year old son, Cameron. They also have three grown children; Samantha, Zach, and Lindsey.

Kimberly H. Sylvan serves as the communications coordinator for Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103. Kim supports the elementary school district in communicating with constituents and serves as an information liaison between the district and the community at large. As a self-employed consultant for nearly 20 years and former Chamber of Commerce staff member, Kim has extensive experience in marketing and public relations, community relations, non-credit banking services, and strategic planning.

After a 13 year career in the Information Technology field, Russ returned to his food industry roots in March of 2007 by purchasing Flatlander’s Restaurant and Brewery. Besides his passion for the food industry, Russ is an avid golfer and all around sports enthusiast. Russ has degrees in Hospitality Management and Management Information Systems and holds several advanced certifications in Network Communications. Russ has been a proud member of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and an active board member since 2009.

Judy Scalzitti

Chamber Liaison
In July 2009, Judy became the Chamber Liaison of the Chamber bringing to the position several years of experience with the organization as a member of the Board of Directors. She was the District Promotions Coordinator for Regal Entertainment Group, with an office at the Lincolnshire 21 and IMAX theatre for eight years prior to joining the staff of the Chamber. Judy graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Recreation Management and is originally from the East Coast. She moved to the Chicago area with her family in 1995 after living in many areas of the United States with her husband who was in the Navy.
